The night scene is quite active, catering for the many students, both real and alleged! The best way to catch up on the night scene, is to go to the University and pick up leaflets there or read the flyers on the walls. The bar at the faculty of psychology is a good place to pick up a cheap sandwich or some light meal. It is very smoky, though

Most people have some idea at least that Venice (i.e. the famous bit) is surrounded by water, and they?d be right. It should therefore come as no shock to realise that the airport and the city are separated by some considerable miles of lagoon.
So, to get your ?life aquatic? off to a good start, why not take a boat over to the main waterfront? OK, you CAN take taxis, buses and even trains over ...
