Pagsanjan Falls (also called the Magdapio Falls), Philippines My family and I visited Pagsanjan Falls in April 2011. The falls are actually in the neighbouring town of Cavinti but most people access them via banca (native canoe) from the town of Pagsanjan in the Laguna region of the Philippines (approximately 2.5 hours from the capital city, Manila). There are operators which offer access to the falls from Cavinti but this involves a 30 minute walk through the woodland and then a descent down approximately 700 steps to the falls.
