We just spent 7 nights at the Palais Rhoul boutique hotel in December 2007 and loved it. It is a little gem.
Upon arrival we were greeted with congratulations by the concierge and upgraded to a two tier room with sofas, very large bathroom, upstairs bedroom etc and a bottle of champagne. A fantastic welcome!
The staff that run it are so friendly and helpful...just ask and they oblige....extra pillow, early calls and even earlier breakfast. Perfect location and the concierge was super helpful with restaurant recommendations. They also kept our luggage for us when we wanted to wander on our last day after we checked out.

The staff was constantly helpful and friendy they will do anything they can to help you, every single person made us feel welcome.

We spent a week in palais rhoul and spa last may and can highly recommend this boutique hotel. Actually it was one of the best holidays we never had.
the good news when we arrived is that we were upgrated to a very beautiful tent called harem... WHOW.... a incredible decoration, This tent were fabulous, where very comfortable and spacious.
The staff are very friendly, smiling and willing to help you, nothing was too much troubl. It is like our second home. I was impressed when I saw that the manager, mister pierre , holds a briefing with his staff every day before they start their work.
The swimming pool area was fantastic with nice confortable sun beds...
Breakfast was excellent.
All in all a great place. Can't wait to a return !!! ...
