Bulgaria is the country in which is learned to ski. Pamporovo is a great place for beginners of all ages to go to. Although the initial slopes are quite steep the snow is usually very good, however you do as normal get the odd patches of ice. The weather when we where there was great although slightly cold it was still very sunny and we all came back with a degree of sunburn. The food in the hotels and restaurants around the area are excellent and should be definitely visited. Although the hotel we stayed in was a little way away from the main ski slopes the transport to get to the slopes was excellent. The people we found where very friendly and happy to help in any way. The ski schools were very helpful and friendly making everyone feel at home and comfortable, and the ski routes where very good with a good range from beginners to experts.

Not very specific- when exactly did this person visit, since the weather is only good for part of the season, and exactly which hotel did this person stay at?
