The Pan Pacific Hotel is one if the finest hotels in Singapore. Three shopping malls are located in the vicinity of the hotel, including Suntec Singapore International Convention and Exhibition Centre. You will also take 20 minutes to arrive at the hotel from Changi Airport. The hotel has 778 well-designated rooms and suites, which they themselves, provide extravagant views of the city and habour while 26 meeting venues are open for various kinds of events.
Hotel guests may like the facilities---tennis courts, a spa, gymnasium and an outdoor swimming pool. The hotel is also well-known for its award-winning restaurants including the Hai Tien Lo's delicate Cantonese cuisines, Keyaki Japanese restaurant for authentic Japanese dishes, Global Kitchen for international gourmet presentations, Brunch for all-day breakfast and light meals and The Atrium for pleasant tapas and beverages.
I've been their guest before. Their service---excellent! The first thing when I arrived at their hotel, the attendants immediately greeted me with a smile and directed me to my room. Down at their restaurant (I tried Hai Tien Lo), the service crew was very amicable and friendly. When I did not understand a dish, they will kindly explain what's going on, with a bright smile. That really brightens up my day!
Advantages: Great location, good facilities and service; and comfortable rooms! Disadvantages: A bit of a walk to the closest MRT (City Hall)

In fact, Pan Pacific Singapore is within walking distance of many of Singapore's historic landmarks, such as the Padang, stage to some of the most significant national events, the Cenotaph and the commemorative landing site of Sir Stamford Raffles - founder of modern Singapore. It is also close to Singapore's historic, cultural and entertainment areas, such as CHIJMES, the Boat Quay, Clarke Quay, Robertson Walk and the new ... ...connected to Millenia Walk and Suntec City shopping complexes.
You must try the Hai Tien Lo for exquisite Cantonese, Keyaki Japanese restaurant for authentic Japanese food. Its amazing!!

Stayed at the Pan Pacific in March 2007. We found it extremely comfortable, the staff were very polite and helpful, sometimes hilariously so!. On the day of our arrival, we had only been in the room for about half an hour when a young man knocked on the door. He wanted to check the room, but didn't seem to understand that we had only just arrived. We let him in (it was easier), and he looked around, then went into the bathroom and folded the toilet ... ...The pool area is very pleasant and comfortable. As we lay on our sunbeds, a little maid appeared with complimentary bottles of water and fruit. There were also magazines, clean towels and free sun creams to use.
The hotel is connected to the Marina Shopping Mall through a door on the second floor. If you aren't going out in a taxi, then you don't use the front door, it leads on to a service road, very confusing!
