I had the pleasure of eating at Pane e Vino twice on a recent trip to Cologne and I can honestly say that this place provides fantastic value for money and magnificent home made pasta. The antipasto platter comes with seafood or without seafood depending on your desire. If you like seafood, pay the small extra charge and you will not be disappointed.
