Pani's is one of the places in Newcastle where you can buy authentic, delicious Italian panini (sandwiches) and pasta dishes. My sister and I frequent the place lots, I typically go for a warme ciabatta with mozarella, basil, parma ham and olive oil - so tasty. All of the ciabattas are excellent, as are the pasta dishes. You get a huge basket of bread to eat with hot dishes and they serve traditional Italian beers (peroni, moretti) and excellent capuccino's and espressos. The waiters always greet with a ciao and really make you feel welcome. The prices are great ranging from £2.95 for the sandwich above and don't go much higher. Bellissimo.
