Pantai Seri Kenangan is more commonly known amongst foreigners as Pantai Tutong, or Tutong Beach. Tutong Town is between Brunei Seri Bagawan and Seria, on the South China Sea coast. The beach is out of town, and signposted. You need to have car transport to get there.
The most interesting thing about the beach is its geography. The beach is on a narrow strip of land which on one side faces the sea, and on the other side faces a river. At the end the land stops and the river joins the sea. You can walk right to the end and see the different colours of water mingling together. The landstrip really is narrow. In most places it is just wide enough for a house with a good sized garden each side, and a road down the middle. The beach is lovely - pale sand, overhanging palm trees. But you need to watch out for mosquitoes, sandflies and far worse, killer jellyfish in the season. Take advice before you go in the water.
When we went there was one cafe, an awful little place which gave some of our party a bad stomach. I definitely would not recommend it. A shame, because the site overlooking the river was lovely. Apart from this, there's nothing else for tourists except the natural environment.
