Advantages Very unusual building

Disadvantages No

The Pantheon is an interesting place in Rome. It is the best preserved ancient building in Rome, used to be a temple for pagan worshippers but it's now a catholic church. It has a very unusual design. It's circular and the walls roll up into a dome at the top. Dome is not uncommon in many European architecture but a hole in the apex of the dome is definitely worth going to have a look. There are no windows and the building sole's source of light comes from the opening at the dome's apex-which really stands out from other ancient monuments. It is the resting place of many King's of Italy and the famous artist Raphael. To all the Dan Brown fans, the Patheon is also feature in his work Angels and Demons.
