I went to this hotel last december with partner and little boy aged one at the time.
What can I say, what a beauty of a hotel. Everything about it was perfect.
Its a 4 star hotel and rightly so.

Arriving at the hotel we could tell we were a little out of the way but the exterior looked beautiful. As we entered the reception area I knew we were going to have an amazing time. The interior was breathtaking. Very high standard. Quality furnishings.
Check in, very professional. Labels were given for your cases and were brought to your room shortly after you got to your rooms. Reception staff checked us in quickly, but I never felt rushed they were friendly, polite and professional at all times. In fact all staff were, never had any issues with anyone. A map was given to us as the hotel is huge, but you soon get used to it.

BEDROOMS.
Out of this world. The rooms are large in size, bed is huge and comfy, high standard, quality furnishings, mini bar, and the bathroom is fantastic. Marble, his and her sinks, bath and shower, toilet.
Satellite Tv in rooms, air cond and also a hairdryer.
There are 2 room types std which have twin/double and sofa bed and also junior suites.

FACILITIES
There are 5 swimming pools, 3 for adults and 2 for children.
Some are quiet, some have activities so you can have the choice. Must admit we found them very cold. Could be the time of year.
Plenty of sunloungers, no fight to get them. Free towels also provided.
Mini Golf was good, challenging. Fun activity for all the family.
Kids Club looked good and was apparently very good but our child was too young.Think the age for kids club was 4 - 12 years.
There was also a little play park and a mini disco on an evening

FOOD AND DRINKS.
Food was quailty, to a high standard, plenty of choice, nice and hot.
What I liked about the main restaurant was that on an evening you could eat from the main restaurant or from the italian joined on and eat at the same table so if one in the party wanted pizza etc and other wanted something from main rest you could still eat together. Great Idea.
There is also a oriental Rest which you could go to once in a week. Reservations required, no extra cost and the food quality and service was brilliant.
There is a french restaurant, we never went there, apparently very good but I think there was a charge for this.
Breakfast and Lunch are taking in the main restaurant and you can take advantage of snacks and drinks 24 hrs a day as part of your all inclusive programme.
What I liked about this hotel was the layout and the thought behind it before it was built.
It is prefect for everyone. Although it is a big hotel there are a number of lifts. Wherever there are steps there are ramps. This makes it great if you are in a wheelchair or push chair. All rooms have a sea view. Some are on the side but still great.
All rooms are away from the entertainment area so never disturbed at nignt if you are in your room.
There is a lovely quiet bar, pianist playing, cocktails etc. Nice to relax.
The entertainment was outside, fantastic, something different every night. Magicians, dancers, mini disco for kids.
Disco late at night but again, its basement level, nice if you want it, if not you vant hear it.

LOCATION
This hotel is located on a small beach but it isnt great to be honest. The best beach is called Playa Dorada(meaning white beach) can be reached by walking or you can take the free hotel shuttle beach which also takes you 4 times a day. Sometimes we got a taxi to resort centre not badly priced.

RESORT
If you want to venture out (although you dont need to) it is peaceful, low key some bars and restaurants and small shops.
You can take a ferry to Fuerteventura and there are other excursions avaiable.

This hotel is perfect for all, couples, singles and families.
If you debating whether to go or not, please go. Im sure you will agree.
I am a travel agent and I have recommended this to family, friends and colleagues and have never had any complaints
