MUSEO OF PRADO

Advantages: ALL
Disadvantages: NOTHING

Well, today i'm going to write about the "museo del prado". All those have been in Madrid, know that this museum is considered one of the best museums of Europe as Spanish painting. I am from Madrid, and i have been in this museum very many times and even so I do not get tired to go. If you travel to Madrid I recommend to you to visit it,because is very important. -----------Collections---------------- -Spanish paintings from 1110 to 1850. This are my favorite collection, because it represents the 70 % of the museum. Some famous pictures are "Las meninas" of Velazquez. -Flemish and dutch paintings from 1430 to 1700. The best picture for me is "the three Graces" of Peter Paul Rubens. -Italian Paintings from 1300 to 1800. -French paintigns from 1600 to 1800. Well, here and in my opinion, there are a very good picture ...

Memories of Sicily

Advantages: Beautiful, Unique and great value for money
Disadvantages: None, in my view, the prettiest place in the world!

street. The cheerful aria's of the stereotypical moped passing by. The sound of friends, culture and peace. The previous night there had been a small group of musicians playing outside a café right below me. They had played typical Italian music and also classics such as the theme from 'The Godfather'. I had sat out on the balcony that evening and listened. There had been many people dancing and everyone was joyful. Essentially, for me, Sicily. (A single room at the Hotel Del Corso, Taormina, stands at a rate of 90 Euros per person, per night. Each room offers Shower/Bath, Air conditioning, Satellite TV, Hairdryers and a fantastic view over one of the prettiest towns in the world. You have no problem finding somewhere to eat in the evenings, as Taormina hosts hundreds of restaurants and pizzarias serving fresh and local dishes ...

Review of Taormina, Sicily

Great Big Italy kicked little Sicily into the Sea!

Advantages: Beautiful places, tropical beaches sun in summer, snow in winter! Perfect!
Disadvantages: Not much to do in some places.

live in the dark! Scary! --- Enna - This is the only province without a coastline, but the scenery, especially in the spring is unsurpassed! Centuripe (Chen-too-REE-peh) is well worth a visit, its home to vast ruins dating back to the ancient Greek and Roman times, including castles and spas. There is a museum there also, although last I heard it wasn't free admission. A place worth going to is Sperlinga (spare-LIN-gah) which has an old Norman castle that offers tours, visit this website for more information: http://sicilia.indettaglio.it/eng/comuni/en/sperlinga/turismo/turismo.html --- Messina - (meh-SEE-nah) This province is at the North East of Sicily, almost joined to Italy. If you were driving from Italy to Sicily you would inevitably pass here. One place that is a must is the amphitheatre of Taormina (Tah ...
