Where do I start? This is one of my favourite places in the world.
Paradise Beach is a cool beach located on Mykonos. There are regular bus services from Mykonos town and it takes about 15 to 20 minutes to get there. You can also get a boat to the other beaches such as Super Paradise from here. Down at the beach there is accommodation at Paradise Beach Camping if you choose to stay there also. The beach is 80% covered with sun loungers and umbrellas (cool straw - but solid) ones so there is no problem finding somewhere to sit. They do cost of course, cant remember how much exactly but it was pretty much on par with most places. The beach itself as in terms of water etc is ok but nothing fantastic. Yes, the water is clear and lovely but there are a few rocks just as you enter the water that kind of get in the way.. As you come onto the beach on your right is a couple of bars facing out onto the beach and places to get food also. The music is pumping out from them all day People start to arrive at the beach from noon... and start to party. As the sun goes lower, the music gets louder and the party gets bigger. People dancing on the bars, in the pool everywhere.. very cool. Ajoined to Paradise Beach Camping is the bar\night club which gets going at night time. There is a big pool party there every night. There is an entry charge but you get a free drink with this - and the drinks in Greece are STRONG, so you definately get value for money. When this closes people head up to Cavo Paridiso 300 metres up the hill. This awesome club is located on the edge of the cliff and overlooks the Aegan Sea... its open till about 11 or 12 the next day... but all of that is another story.
