Advantages: Situated in pedestrianised street, full of cafes and shop, near Louvre

About a month ago my boyfriend suprised me with a trip to Paris! Lucky enough you might think - but the fact that we stayed at this hotel just made it all the better. The hotel is situated on Rue de Montorgueil (No. 56), 75002 . When you first approach the hotel (about 20 mintues walk from the main train station) it seems quite easy to miss, surrounded as it is by cafes with their tables spilling out onto the otherwise quiet and pedestrianised street, ...
...stretches back far behind the street. The lobby is small but very comfortable and beautifully clean and decorated, with dark wood and bright cream carpets. The reception staff are incredibly friendly. Everyone spoke English, but they also tolerated our poor excuse for French, and did everything possible to make us feel at home. **** Quality Hotel Pierre Arc de Triomphe Paris**** I stayed in this hotel the second time i visited this city.There are 25 rooms,all en-suite ,single,double and twin. **Location/Getting there** This hotel is located very near the arc de triomphe and down one of the streets is a shuttle bus service which will take you to the airports,both Charles De Gauile and Orily.It is also near a metro stop and a taxi rank.This is how long it will take you ...
...the Champs Elysées : 10 minutes walk From the Palais des Congres : 10 minutes walk From Opera : Direct access by the ligne number 3(2 minute walk). **Reception/staff** I didn't think that this looked very impressive.There was apparently a bar but this was an area with two seats and small work top.Unimpressed.Checking in was okay but they wouldn't except my friends card as it was Bank Of Scotland.The staff spoke basic English well but had problems ...
