Reasonable accomodation
Advantages: Conveniently located near a metro station, clean and comfortable Disadvantages: Breakfast was expensive and information in rooms was all in french
We arrived at the hotel very late and found the reception staff to be very friendly although not enough staff were on hand to help the number of customers there at the time. After a long journey all we wanted was to get up to our rooms but we did have a long wait. The rooms were basic but clean and relatively comfortable. All the information in the room was in french which wasn't very helpfull, I do speak a certain amount of french but don't know ... ...station was right outside and the hotel is very conveniently placed to do the normal tourist sights without too many problems. Overall we had a very pleasant stay at the hotel and most of the staff went out of their way to assist in any way they could. I would recommend to any traveller looking for a no-frills hotel in Paris. ...

Hidden gem of a hotel
Advantages: cheap, funky, well located. Disadvantages: location not so suitable for families
The hotel Londres & Anvers - Paris
My wife and i recently had the pleasure of being able to get away from it all, with a short break in Paris. I am hoping that this might be of use to you guys, because we were doin Paris on a budget. We do not have a fortune, yet we wanted to fully enjoy and appreciate paris.
Known for being one of the most expensive cities in the world, Paris is culture capital of the world. There really is something for everything. ... ...so first thing first, this hotel may not be the most suitable for families. However the hotel itself is very well located, as it is literally two minutes walk from the Gard du Nord, which is one of the largest train stations in the city. We were able to get a train from Charles de Gaulle, to the Gard du Nord for very little, and the hotel was in sight of the main entrance to the station. This was good for us, as we did not really have a clue where ...

A Great Base for Exploring Paris
Advantages: Location, Price, Staff Disadvantages: Uphill walk
The Comfort Hotel Place Du Tertre is located in the Montmartre area of Paris and is a stone’s throw away from the Sacre Coeur church in one direction and the world famous Moulin Rouge cabaret club in the other. The nearest metro station is Blanche, which is on the blue (number two) line and connects straight to the main train station, Gard Du Nord, which makes it very easily accessible from the airport. From the metro station it is around a five ... ...bed and breakfast at the Comfort Hotel and I would say that this is about as good as you are going to get in terms of value for money. This hotel is no good if you expect luxury – as is always the case, you will have to pay through the roof for that. But as a cheap base for a short visit to this fascinating city, the Comfort Hotel Place du Tertre is an excellent choice. ...

Perfect Hostel - It's All In The Name!
Advantages: Great location, staff and price Disadvantages: It's very basic
-The Hotel- -
As an ardent lover of all things Parisien, I have visitied the city numerous times and found this hotel a few years ago. Since then I have returned to the hotel (which is now officially classified as a hostel) four or five times and would recommend it to anyone who wants to visit the city on a shoe-string. -
First of all I will say that if you're looking for luxury in Paris, the Hotel Perfect(and so this review) will be of no use ... ...Parisien hospitality coupled with a good location and excellent links, then read on! Floor space is at a huge premium in Paris, so to find such a well located, comfortable and clean place to stay, at such competitive prices, is really quite an achievement. -
The hostel is located on Rue Rodier, in the Montmatre district of Paris. It's a ten minute walk (with luggage) from the Gare de Nord railway station, which will connect you to the airports and ...
