When I stayed here I was upgraded to a superior room at no extra cost, which was excellent! The room was amazing-pristine, great city views, air conditioning, minibar, espresso maker. Lovely ... ...in. Breakfast wasn't included but that suited me as I was attending events which were running into the small hours. Room service was very good and staff in general were very helpful. There were nice touches like ice machines and shoe shiners on every other floor.

When I stayed here I was upgraded to a superior room at no extra cost, which was excellent! The room was amazing-pristine, great city views, air conditioning, minibar, espresso maker. Lovely bathroom and one of the most comfortable beds I've slept in. Breakfast wasn't included but that suited me as I was attending events which were running into the small hours. Room service was very good and staff in general were very helpful. There were nice touches like ice machines and shoe shiners on every other floor.
