Advantages Do not know of any yet.
Disadvantages Booking line saturated, Too quick to overcharge you.
We booked one of their sites through the Sun. The confirmation from the Sun came quickly. We then had an email from Park Resorts asking for the reminder to be paid (which is standard practice.)
The secure link they provided did not work (We tried at least 10 times on different days and times). We tried to contact through the 0843 number provided. No luck either.
We then received a letter saying that our booking was cancelled and that we would not be reimbursed: "Any sums of money paid to date have been forfeited and will not be refunded to you..."
We called the Admin Team. After finally having somebody to speak to, we were offered an upgrade of £55 and a £20 reinstatement fee to cover admin costs.
Yes, we were late to pay the outstanding payment, because the link you provided did not work (we could use it but at the end was asking us to call a phone number and we could never get through.
We would like to be called back by somebody from Park Resort (or sent an email). Our reservation number is 1496060.We sincerely hope to solve this issue. If it is solved, we will of course amend these comments.
