Pashupatinath is regarded as one of the holiest Hindu Shrines in the world and the most important place to pay respect to Lord Shiva. The temple complex is about 4 kilometers long and is shared by thousands of monkeys, cows and human beings. Though only Hindus are allowed inside the main temple complex, tourists and non Hindus may visit tour the surrounding areas for a memorable experience, to view the poverty, the dirt and flith that a temple as important has. A tour is also a great opportunity to learn about Hindusims. A river flows behind the main temple complex, on the banks of this river the dead are incarnated. Though the incarnation is a solemn moment for the deceased's family and friends, tourist can be seen taking photographs with amusement and seem excited enough to have spotted a White Tiger. A visit to Nepal is incomplete for a Hindu without visitng the temple and tourists should also visit it to learn and experience the Nepali culture, the Hindu relegion and to experience the the poverty of the nation.
