I love this mini chain of cafes - from the sleek stying to the friendly waiting staff and the gorgeous food, thoroughly recommended.
The cafes offer a range of French style sandwiches, cakes and coffees for take-out or eat in, together with a take-home service for whole gateaus and loaves of bread.
I would strongly recommend the macaroons, which come in three flavours, chocolate, pistachio and coffee. They can be bought individually in large form (about 10cm diameter) or as a packet of several smaller ones. Paul get the balance completely right between the chewy macaroon and the smooth creamy filling.
The sandwiches are also great, the breads always fresh and they have a great choice of fillings ranging from traditional favourites of ham and cheese or tuna to different meats, cheeses and pickles.
Coffees are excellent and the hot chocolate is to die for.
