Advantages: Location, Room Size
Disadvantages: Facilities offered were minimal.

noticed that under the marquee (which said it was The America Opera) it said Elysees Opera. For some reason the hotel seems to be operating under 2 different names. So if you do decide to stay here, then make sure that you know what you are looking for. It is very easy to get to from the Gare du Nord, as you just take the Blue line (Number 2) towards Port Dauphine and get off at either Place de Clichy or Rome. We used Rome as it was at the less busy end of Boulevard Des Batignoles (the main street running through the area, which Rue de Turin branches from.) This means that it is accessible very easily, although the station did have a lot of steps and I did not notice any wheelchair access. From this metro station, just 5 minutes walk from our hotel we were able to get everywhere in the city, including The Eiffel Tower, The Louvre Museum ...

Review of America Opera Hotel, Paris

ooh la la- I love Paris!

Advantages: right in the centre
Disadvantages: small room- but thats Paris

I stayed in the Pavillon Louvre Rivoli- Paris for 3 nights on a work trip in November 2005. I was really impressed with the hotel's location- a ten minute walk from Galeries Lafayette, I was in heaven! The desk staff in the hotel were very courteous and polite and there was a lift which was handy to get my bags to my room. My room was on the small side but as there was only me staying in the room (even though it was a double) I didnt mind, and paris is renowned for its small hotel rooms anyway. The room was pleasantly decorated in pale yellow and terracotta shades, the bathroom was again very small but very clean and toiletries provided, plenty of hot water as well! One thing slightly annoying was that on the first evening i reported the bedside lamp as not working, and despite reporting this again the next day it was still not ...

Opera Cadet Hotel

Advantages: Good hotel, good location
Disadvantages: Small bathroom

I want to speak to you about the Hotel Opera Cadet, located in Paris, next to the subway stop of Cadet. I was there in July near 4 days in this hotel and did not have problems ever. First, it is good placed, so like already I've said, it has nearby both the subway and the buses. I speak about a reformed hotel (though not too recently). It has 6 floors, 2 elevators and enclosedly private parkings. It has also rooms of meetings, lounge of breakfast and bar, to report of all kinds of rooms: - 3 Suites - 2 Superiors - 3 Rooms for handicapped persons - 45 Doubles - 11 Triple ones (double beds with the supplementary one) - 16 Triple ones of three beds - 5 quadruple ones In all the rooms we can find air conditioning (not all the hotels in Paris have air conditioning), soundproofing, decoration and modern furniture (this puts it ...
