Advantages: It got me from A to B.... Even if it did take several hours more than it should have. Disadvantages: Teriible service, customer care, information, food and punctuality.

Picture the scene: Summer 1998, a hot sticky atmosphere at Stansted airport as I prepared to board a Peach Airlines flight to Cyprus with my family. I walked down the tunnel with hundreds of other passengers, and took my seat next to the window. Upon sitting down in the cramped seat, I couldn't help but notice the way clenliness had been ... ...exactly what the problem was).
