The hotel's name is due to that fact that it was originally two hotels which they knocked into one, and kept both names. For this reason it is housed in two tall twin towers. It's a big hotel with 580 rooms, and is busy all the time. Everything ran smoothly with our stay, and there was no problem with the room, which was completely normal, comfortable, and unremarkable ... ...range big city Singapore hotel. En suite - tea and coffee making - TV, aircon, etc....
The hotel has a wide range of facilities as you'd expect, including laundry service, moneychanger, etc. One interesting aspect of the hotel is the swimming pool. It is off the foyer, and is glass sided so you can see the people swimming as you sit. Another good best feature is the view from the the higher storey rooms.
