Advantages: cheap place and wicked weather
Disadvantages: can be too hot some times and bush fires

perth is rocking, i have been there twice and love it. it has really great beaches with easy acces to and from city. rottness island is really great weekend getaway. northbridge on the outskirt of the city is a really cool chll out area with lots of eating places and cool bars and clubs. must check out black bettys on a friday night. there is a really great vietnamees rasturant in northbridge must check it out!! kings park is a must visit for everyone. ... Disadvantages: sometimes a little TOO hot!

I went to Rockingham in 2001, for 7 weeks and it was one of the best holidays i've ever had! The place was so clean, there is no smoking allowed out of doors (for risk of grass fires) and no drinking allowed in the streets, which greatly reduces crime. There are plenty of pools to wile away the days if this takes your fancy, or there are gorgeous beaches, some built y man specifically for surfing, they dig great wells in the sand at intervals out ...
