I was at Philadelpia airport in April 2000 because my flight changed there on the way to Orlando. I like this airport because it is well set out, all terminal and shops are easy to find and there is a good selection of duty frees. The terminals are quite a distance to walk, as is the case with most airports. My flight was only changing there, so I didn't have to check in but I did have to go through customs and there was no queue for baggage recheck, which was great! The food prices are reasonable and there is a good selection of eating places.
But what I love most about Philadelphia airport is the rocking chairs which are outside the shops. Just what you need to relax after a long flight! Also, disabled people are met off the plane and well catered for.
Hopefully I will have a similar experience when I fly into Phil in the summer. By the way did you fly with US Airways if so what was your opinion of them
