Not for me

published 23/01/2008

My mom & brother flight from SFO to Manila. All luggages where check-in all at the same time. By the time they get to Manila 1 luggage was missing which is critical because it is where my mom's prescription supply for 3 months for diabetic, high pertension and blood pressure pills. She only hand carry good for 3 days use since it is only about 12 hours flight. They call me to follow up here with the Airlines which I did. PAL can't even handle the simple process of transferring luggage. It is the airlines negligence. I go home yearly but almost 10 years I don't fly with PAL. I usually fly with Northwest or Japan Airlines.
