Review of Hotel Pavilions, Layan Beach

Great resort - watch out for beasties in bungalows

Advantages: Clean with all the amenities and wonderful selection at breakfast
Disadvantages: bugs in wooden hut bungalows

We stayed at club andaman in March 2008 for our honeymoon. It is a lovely resort with friendly staff and all the amenities which you would expect of a resort like this. The breakfast buffet was extensive with fresh and tasty food every morning and also served evening meals with a different theme being offered every night ( I advise thursdays which is seafood night). Pure luxury!

Advantages: Luxurious and perfect for a honeymoon
Disadvantages: Costly but good for what you are getting!

Advantages: Private Beach, Helpful Staff
Disadvantages: Number of steps within complex

I don't know where to start with this hotel. I have stayed here on 2 seperate occassions and both times were just perfect. My most recent stay was in August 07, and this was the hotel I choose to have my wedding. The hotel staff were just brilliant throughout the whole stay. Tranquil and relaxing
