Advantages: great info, well written, trusted reveiwer Disadvantages: none
...to be honest ive been to the cook islands last october and this review is so much better than a lot of the guide books, definatley informative, i would put it on par with lonely planet, simply because, lonely planet sometimes gives you too much information, which in some cases is a hindrence, but they are the leaders in such areas. rough guides are also good but this one give you the info needed to have a well informed choice, with great links to the correct sites that would help your stay in the cook islands, its written well by a well informed person, id trust her reveiws on pretty much most things now, having read and taken in what the reveiw says, i would read this before taking another trip to the cook islands....

Advantages: Too many to mention Disadvantages: A long way to travel from the Uk
...My wife and I honeymooned on Castaway Island in Fiji during March 1999. Despite the on-going problems in the country now, I hope that when things are safer to return we will be able to return to this wonderful South Sea paradise.
With all of the fantastic scenery and the fab food my lasting memeory is of the Fijian people and their kind and gentle nature. Our time in Fiji was a very special experience that I would recommend to anyone traveling to the area.
When visiting the islands there is very little to do other than relax. When you get there, pick up a Fiji beer, take off your shoes and relax into 'Fiji Time'....

Advantages: friendly fijians, excellent scenery, food, and diving Disadvantages: 5hr flight from sydney
...I spent 3 weeks in Fiji and its islands, one of the first things I did was spent a few days diving... Wow, diving was fantastic, drift dives, and shallow dives were the main types available. These were organised by Aqua trek on the south side of the isalnd based at the hotel I stayed in for a while....
Suva the Fijian capital was a breath of fresh air, even though it was raining. The different culture was brilliant. Public tranport was the type you woule expect in more adventure film, or in the Lilt advert! families, livestock, etc cramped and througherly excellent experience.
Some of the scenery, the people were incredibly friendly, and always acknowledged you where ever you went....
9 1/2 out of 10...

At first glance you would assume this game is aimed at young children. It's bright fluffy characters, cute storyline and magical scenery are like something out of a a confused child's dream. But as you get into it you realise the puzzles are more... more
