While Pizza Hut Express is certainly 'express', it is not a patch on the real Pizza Hut. With only a limited variety of pizza's to choose from, and the fact that you can only have a small pizza to yourself, this express shop is nowhere near as good as ordinary Pizza Hut restaurants.
While it has the advantage of serving people quickly, anyone who wants a good quality pizza should go to a proper pizza restaurant. If you want fast food, go to McDonalds next door: judging by the sizes of the queues and both places, most people prefer to do just that.
However it is in close proximity to both the entrance to the shopping centre Eldon Square and many shops in the shopping centre itself. It is also only two minutes away from the Eldon Leisure sports centre, and so is in a prime location for people hankering after a pizza after a workout.
The prices aren't bad, especially if you get a meal which includes the pizza, chips/salad and a drink for not much extra money. The drinks are refillable so if you're the type of person who drinks a lot when they eat then this is great because it saves a lot of money.
This Pizza Hut Express is like all the other ones in the country, so if you know you like it, then go. However Newcastle is filled with many excellent restaurants, including lots of italian restaurants that serve high quality pizza, so if you want great food I would recommend finding one of these.

I've not rated this one yet because I'd sooner wait until you've finished it rather than give you a low rating. It's probably a good idea to finish them before you post them otherwise you'll end up with a bunch of low rating like you got here. John
