The manager came almost running over, quite clearly in an agaravated mood. He spoke to us sarcastically & rudley. When i went to answer hes question ... ...want to listen. I told him i wasnt happy with hes attitude & he didnt seem bothered!
He said quote: " Its not like it is in England. You complain at the begining of the meal, not half way through!" ..." What do you want? money off?".....
My mother & I wouldnt have minded another burger as that was delicious & we were sharing our meals, but the manager said "you're not getting anymore food! Its money ... more

...morning that we'd eat at Planet Hollywood so we made a beeline for this restaurant which is placed just by the entrance to the parks. Its exterior design is the same as it is everywhere else so it is easily recognizable.
I'd never eaten in any of the other restaurants in the chain so I was quite excited to try the food as I'd heard it was good.
Much to my dismay I'd heard wrong.
The restaurant was heaving, which meant we had to wait for a table. ... ...gives you something to look at as you are waiting for your table. My friends and I spent our time trying to identify all the different characters and actors on the walls.
We were placed in a booth seat and therefore the 6 of us felt like sardines in a tin, which always results in the annoying situations where if one person needs to get up for the toilet, everybody else has to get up to let this person out.
The menu itself I felt didn't offer a ...

...day days meal vouchers for Planet Hollywood in the Disney Village. As we had booked the whole package through a tour operator we booked the vouchers with them. Each voucher cost £13 per person and this was for a 'Pretty Woman' meal voucher which meant that we could have a main meal from a set selection and a desert plus a drink. Considering cost of meals to buy once you are at Disney we decided this would be a good option to have prebooked as it ... ...is the same as all Planet Hollywood restaurants with the usual memorabilia on the walls and the entrance to this particular one is pretty groovy with a red tunnel that is lit up at night that takes you up to the second floor of the restaurant. There is also a bar upstairs where you can get a drink should you need to wait for a table.
Overall it was a pleasant experience with great service, great food and brilliant atmosphere - more so in the evening ...

Advantages: Interesting things to look at. Disadvantages: expensive
I went to planethollywood twice while in new york once for drinks on the first night and then another night for dinner. We didn't have any wait to be seated and our waiter was very polite and helpful. We did wait a while for him to fetch our beers but he seemed to have to serve half of the resturant alone.
Decided on the captain crunch chicken for the appetiser and it was really nice but for the price you only get 3 strips for about $8. For the main course i had the chicken parmagaina it was a ok dish but nothing special. my sister had the vegatarin pasta dish and was happy with her choice.
With drinks our bill came to around $70 which for 2 of us seemed very expensive for what we had.
PlanetHollywood is the same which ever one you go to be it london, paris ,orlando the displays might be a little differant but the general ...
Advantages: Lots of bars and restaurants Disadvantages: bit dirty and EXPENSIVE
I went to Paris with my College Leisure and Tourism class. The idea was to experience the customer service of Disneyland Paris....but we didn't do much work. The park was good, especially the PlanetHollywood bar! (I recommend the 'terminator' cocktail!!)
Anyway, one evening we went into Paris, we all went off in our groups, and somehow, the group I was in managed to find out way into the gay part of the city, we went into a few bars there because we couldn't be bothered to try and find our way out. (noone n the group was gay, but we'd all had a few drinks!!) Its a great place for bars but they're VERY EXPENSIVE. It was about £5+ for a pint, the cheapest place we found was the PlanetHollywood bar!!!
The city as a whole, I thought was quite dirty, although the tower was spectacular with blinking lights, the whoe city seemed dirty ...

Advantages: Beautiful scenery, very accessible Disadvantages: Expensive if you stay in tourist areas
in with the doors. It's open 10-8pm in winter seasons, plenty of time to go on the 4 major rides. Make use of the Fastpass ticketing system, it's free and you get to jump all the queues for the most popular rides. There's a Disney Village with places to eat after, PlanetHollywood and Wild Wild West themed restaurants etc. The last train leaves just after midnight and the Metro is very well serviced back into Paris centre. Although we'd been warned about the dangers of Paris by night it was no worse than any other major city and we had no problems.
On the final day we visited Le Louvre, a snip at 8.50 Euros for the entire main exhibition, you could easily spend all day there, and there's excellent self-ticketing facilities which mean very small queues once you're inside. The Mona Lisa is of the course the main attraction ...
