I have read nothing but rave reviews about Creme dela Mer, an A-list moisturiser with an A-list price tag attached. Magazines are forever gushing about this product, associating words such as 'miracle' and 'extraordinary' to it so naturally curiosity got the better of me. there is a neighbouring hotel also in the H10 group, a small gift shop, a Spar supermarket and a scuba diving store. If you walked out of the hotel, to the left and carried on past the pharmacy, you will come to a bar called Tasca Alavasca which provided good evening drinks and a nice meal, wasnt too expensive either. If you go out the hotel, take a right, then first right you will come to a beach bar called Lambada, again really nice bar, reasonably priced drinks but we found that thats all there was to do on the island, Thompson do offer excursions around the island but its mainly tours consisting of looking at the country side and a whale watch with me needing leg opperation i couldnt really do anything but i did try out the 'roque de los muchachos' trip which is very highly recommended!
