It's pretty close to Market Street, but in a somewhat run-down part of the city. It definitely doesn't stand out or really make itself known. We found it by the address ... .../>
There was no line outside when we went, around 11 pm, just a few folks outside smoking. Admission was $10 the night we went -- definitely not worth it. After showing ID (21+), you head up a flight of stairs to pay the admisison and then enter the club. It's actually two clubs in one -- a 70's club upstairs and an 80's club below. We didn't make it downstairs because it's hard as hell to find it, and when we did, the line was packed along the ... more

It's pretty close to Market Street, but in a somewhat run-down part of the city. It definitely doesn't stand out or really make itself known. We found it by the address as opposed to seeing it from the street!

The inside of the club is decorated with things from the 70s -- Brady Bunch, Welcome Back Kotter, and Saturday Night Fever all had prominent placement. Definitely a flashback if you grew up during that era.
Music isn't bad, but the DJs are nothing to write home about. Typical disco/70s tunes, both well-known and some more obscure tracks. Lighting is standard, if on the low-end. (I DJ, so I know about this stuff.)
Drinks can be very pricey -- especially if you order their special themed drinks. Expect to pay $6-8 if you go for the mixed drinks. Stick with the beer.
I think this would be a fun place if you went with a whole bunch of friends, but in my book isn't for singles looking to meet someone, especially if you're on the younger end of things. Definitely an older 20s to mid 30s kind of environment. I saw a lot of people having a good time, but it wasn't my cup of tea. It's a themed place where if you don't enjoy the theme, you really won't have a good time.
If you go, have fun, wear your polyester jump suit, gold chains and afro. Go all out and make it a night!
