Advantages:	BRILLIANT LOCATION 30 SECOND WALK TO TIMES SQUARE, CHEAP, CLEAN AND TIDY .
Disadvantages:	BASIC NO FRILLS, DECOR A BIT DATED, STAFF (APART FROM MANAGER)

Myself and partner stayed at this hotel during a visit in febuary 06, the hotel is very easy to find upon arrival and we were checked in quickly by hotel staff and shown to our room. The room whilst very basic was clean and tidy, suitable to our needs. The staff in the hotel were not the most helpful/friendly but were efficient. They did however manage to overcharge my credit card by 5 times the total bill for staying, therefore not being able to use my card for the stay as it tkes 5 days for refund to go thru. so my advice on check-in is do not leave your credit card, they will take a small cash depoit, aprox £50. Anyway on a more positive note the location of the hotel could not be better, times square is literally around the corner. For the cost of the stay i would have to say we were very pleased and would certainly re-visit, in new york you spend very little time in your hotel room so why pay for an expensive hotel??. They sent me an e-mail recently claiming the hotel had just been taken over and had been re-furbished. From what i can gather on there website the fees havent increased. they dont have a restaurant so good excuse to try the many places surrounding. would reccommened!!
