Christmas In The Old Town

Advantages: Beautiful Xmas Market, Great Personal Memories
Disadvantages: Crowded

A bridge over, not so troubled, waters.

Advantages: Truly beautiful and historic
Disadvantages: Can get very busy at times

Advantages: Neo-classical architecture and wonderful entertainment.
Disadvantages: Steps leading to entrance

Review of State Opera

March on up to the top of the hill....

Advantages: Amazing views of Prague once you reach the top!
Disadvantages: The staircase made me feel dizzy.

Petrin Hill Petrin is a hill in the centre of Prague, and it takes some climbing to get to the top! It rises 130m above the left bank of the Vltava River and it's covered in parks, making a great site for a lovely walk, and it's a favoured recreational area for the people of Prague. Review of Petrin Hill Observation Tower, Prague

With a thousand dollars we'd be millionaires

Advantages: 4 pence bottles of beer says it all
Disadvantages: Fighting old women for a Tesco trolley

...a thousand spires had a Tesco worried me. I had come here for the culture but I was now shamefully excited about the fact that I was about to be able to eat Crunchy Nut Cornflakes again. The fact that they were about half the price you'd pay in the UK was also an interesting distraction. ...weekend you got to the Tesco in Prague there are two queues at each checkout. One waiting to purchase items and one waiting to collect trolleys off people who'd just finished their shopping!
