I used this hotel when visiting the Caravan and Boat Show in the NEC Halls and also the next day a different hall for the France exhibition. It is conveninetly located as you drive past all the halls to get to it. It would be an approx 15 minute walk from the hotel to the main halls and apparently there is a shorter route that can be taken but when I was there this was blocked up or a 2 minute trip in the car. The hotel has been extended in the last year and is very popular so it's advised to book in advance. This hotel frequently has offers on the room rates, so it's worth keeping an eye out for. The staff are very polite and friendly as soon as you walk in, checking in was very quick and efficient. The room was very spacious and very clean and I loved the huge bed, which was surprisingly comfortable if a little firm. The en-suite bathroom had a bath with shower over and was clean if a little dated. As the hotel is situated on an industrial kind of estate there are no lovely views or garden to walk in but as a stopover it's brilliant value for money. The only downside when I was there, was the restaurant was fully booked and the staff struggled to keep up with the orders, I had to wait over an hour for the meal but as there aren't any other eateries nearby you don't have much choice after a hard day walking round exhibitions. It could have been an off day, but the food was good. All round value for money.

Hi welcome to ciao. a good start! If you don't mind me saying, it would be an idea to add the checking in/out give some idea of pricing, remember this is a consumer site, so try to write as if the people reading will have no idea about teh product/service. A good idea would be to look around Ciao, read & rate reviews in many different areas, it will build your profile, and give you an idea of what people rate highly. If you do edit this, let me know, I'll happily come back and reread/rate it for you, I look forward to more reviews from you! All the best. Larry

Welcome to Ciao. I would suggest a spell-check before posting, tht you break up your review to make it look neater and, importantly, that any review should give an indication of the price of the thing reviewed.
