Advantages: close to amenities, clean rooms and bathroom. Disadvantages: Rude staff with no people skills, no breakfast included in cost, no toiletries provided.

On arrival at the hotel, we where greated by a very rude receptionist, who spend 15 minutes on her mobile phone laughing before seeing to us. We had arrived 40 minutes early due to our transport being early, and was ... ...in early. We decided that we would not do that as London is expensive enough!!!
On speaking to receptionist we asked if it would be possible to leave our luggage at the hotel, whilst we waited for check-in, which she responded "NO" and walked out of reception. How rude!
We eventually checked in at the scheduled time, and found our room to very nice, clean, with all of the relevent thing expected. Very happy ... more

We had arrived 40 minutes early due to our transport being early, and was told that we would have to pay £20 to check in early. We decided that we would not do that as London is expensive enough!!!

This hotel is perfect for those just wishing to be near to all the travel areas,and tube Is clean, although the staff left alot to be desired. No smiles, and where not helpfull!
Advantages: Good value for money, modern and clean. Disadvantages: Limited car parking spaces but other paid parking within walking distance
...a recent visit to London's Premier Travel Inn at Euston. The hotel had been booked for us as it was a group booking after which we were warned by friends previously from the London area that the area was awful. I spent the long journey down to London dreading what we might find. Yes I admit I can be a bit of a 'princess' when it comes to hotel accommodation but in this case I was pleasantly suprised.
