We booked the Travel inn, as it was my birthday and we where planning a trip to London and though this would be convieniently based, which it was.
Double room £85 per night.
Check in time 2pm
On arrival at the hotel, we where greated by a very rude receptionist, who spend 15 minutes on her mobile phone laughing before seeing to us. We had arrived 40 minutes early due to our transport being early, and was told that we would have to pay £20 to check in early. We decided that we would not do that as London is expensive enough!!!
On speaking to receptionist we asked if it would be possible to leave our luggage at the hotel, whilst we waited for check-in, which she responded "NO" and walked out of reception. How rude!
We eventually checked in at the scheduled time, and found our room to very nice, clean, with all of the relevent thing expected. Very happy at this point. No soap was provided and we where asked to purchase this from the shop.
This hotel is perfect for those just wishing to be near to all the travel areas,and tube Is clean, although the staff left alot to be desired. No smiles, and where not helpfull!
