I had the 'pleasure' of having a 4 week stay at the Holiday Inn Express recently whilst on an airline training course. It's one of two hotels near the airport, the other one being the awful Ibis. So if you need a hotel due to an early or late flight this is probably your best bet. Location: It's a quarter of a mile from Luton Airport and 1 mile from Luton Airport Parkway train station. There is a shuttle bus that goes from the station to the airport every 10 minutes or so and it goes past the hotel, there is a bus stop just outside. A taxi to Luton Parkway if you do not want to use the free bus is around £4. First Impressions: It's a nice modern looking building, with 'Holiday Inn Express' clearly marked on it. Luton Airport

My review on Luton Airport Last weekend I flew to Amsterdam and I had the pleasure of flying out of Luton Airport, and I call it a pleasure because it really was!! If you want a relatively quiet airport with no queues, without the throngs of passengers you find at Heathrow/Gatwick, a few shops/restaurants and a convenient baggage reclaim and customs section then Luton Airport is the palace for you. Luton Airport or London Luton Airport as it is now known is situated in Luton, Bedfordshire which is approximately 30 miles from London. It is an International airport although it generally flies to destinations within Europe and is the major hub for several low-cost carriers. premier travel inn(charing cross glasgow)

Advantages: very central
Disadvantages: very busy at times

Living in England these past twenty years but coming from scotland i frequently have to travelto glasgow ad have had the pleasure of staying at this travel inn. The inn itself is sitiuated very central within the heart of glasgow and is easily reached coming from M8 southbound and M74 northbound. The inn itself is a comfertable place to relax have a nice meal and blow the cobwebs away from an exhausting day. The rooms are very comfertable and the cleanliness is of a high standard the inn caters for most peoples culinary requirements and the food is of a high standard. Iwould have no problem recommending people try it but it is only my opinion. postnote. glasgow is a vibrant throbbing community and staying at the inn gurentees you access to its lively shops boutiques and pubs.
