The Princes Marine Hotel is a 4 star hotel situated on the coastal road from Brighton to Hove. It is a newly built hotel (only a few years old) and I had the fortune to be invited to dine there in the in-house restaurant a few years ago. The food was delicious and plentiful, following traditional English recipes. The service was excellent and the bar next door that we ajourned to afterwards stocks one of the largest selections of spirits I have seen in Brighton. As for the rooms, although I didn't stay there, I heard from others in the bar that they were very clean and comfortable. I did however take a sneeky look into a few rooms and in addition I found them very cosy with TVs and en suite bathrooms. agreed.
