The Victoria Park Plaza in London is an amazing hotel that has very comfortable, quality rooms and staff who are friendly and professional. The best thing about The Victoria Park Plaza is that it is in a prime position just two minutes from Victoria Station and an easy walk to some of London's main attractions. I found it perfect for shopping and buying souvenirs. There were also quite a number of restaurants close by and my mum who cannot walk far didn't complain once. Although we ate at the hotel we also sampled London's China Town.
It is a four star hotel and lives up to the standard. It is situated close to Buckingham Palace, Harrods, Westminster Abbey and Houses of Parliament. I stayed at this hotel with my 2 friends for a week and found it to be quite far away from alcudias nightlife, it was about 3euros to get there in a taxi, although this was not a problem it was a lot of hassle trying to find a taxi there and back every night.If you want to stay around the centre of playa de muro there a a number of restaurants but most entertainment is centred round the larger hotels, there is very few bars. At hotelLagoPark 2, there is not much in the way of entertainment, we went in high season and there was no entertainment in the day, and not very high quality at night. The rooms are of a reasonable standard, air conditioned although we didnt realise this until the last night, and a very powerful shower!! There was a reasonable selection of snacks at the bar for at lunchtime. I would definately return to Alcudia ...
