Advantages: its cheap
Disadvantages: as above - it's cheap!
The appartements are very "tired" both the entrance and the accomodation are very shabby and are desperate for a refurb.
The carpets stick to your feet and the kitchen could only really be used to make hot drinks - it was too tiny to cook a meal in. Plus it was poorly appointed - ie not enough cutlery/crockery for the number of guests.
The bathroom was mouldy and the light fitting dodgy, although it did have a seperate loo.

...Also didn't have a drying/ store room for ski equipment.
Location wise they were quite a trek from where everything happens - but weren't too bad providing the funicular was working - which is all day and up until about midnight. If that's not working it's quite a trek uphill from the pistes via the road back to the appts. If you want a cheap no frills accomodation this will do but it certainly is basic. ...
