Another recipe from my favourites - Bhel Puri. Its a spicy mixture of puffed rice, vegetables and chutneys. Very yummy and mouthwatering. If you have all ingredients ready it take less than five minutes in preparation, as you only need to mix it all. Bhel Puri is again product of Mumbai road side stalls. Now famous all over India. Its popular because of its taste and cost. You can get a dish less than 20 Rupees (less than 50p) and available almost each cross roads in Mumbai. So first choice for giving treats to friends. Apart from taste its healthy and nutritious too, doesnt contain any fat or nuts in it. Kuta Bali: "Ibiza in Indoensia" is just too much for me...

Advantages: Nightlife, good place to learn how to surf
Disadvantages: Full of drunken tourists, no real budget accommodation, zero culture....
