Qantas The aircraft looked well used, the seats were close together and lacked support for such a long journey. The food was average for an airline but the wine was disgusting, a poor advertisement for Australian wine. Schedule keeping was very poor . On the Sydney to Bangkok trip we were over four hours late leaving. I wonder if this is standard because last time we flew the route our plane was about four hours late leaving. Customer Services: the only way to describe it is "ATROCIOUS". We could accept that baggage is mislaid but two weeks to be delivered, countless calls to Qantas where nothing we were ever told was honest , as the tags on our baggage confirmed, were unacceptable. Use your hard earned money to fly with another airline which respects its passengers. Leave Qantas to bankrupcy.
