I'm not surprised that the flights book up quickly (due to low cost of the flights and the good service), and I would always use them if the availability was there.
Going to Dubai involves a stop at Doha airport. It's a nice airport - some reasonable duty free shops, restaurant, etc. The stopover to Dubai isn't normally more than a couple of hours.
The actual flight is good. The economy class seats are just like economy seats on other scehdule airlines. The food and service is good though - I think its much better than Virgin Atlantic anyway! The cabin staff have always been approachable and friendly whenever I have flown.
