as a local resident, i was a bit apprehensive about staying here for the first time on valentines day, but i found the experience very nice. the hotel was very clean and the food is excellent. it is located on the main road into dudley town centre from birmingham and the m5 so it is in an ideal place for travellers looking for a nice place to stay for the night. the prices are very good too. however one thing i would say is that while this is a very good budget room, those looking for a hotel a bit more up market only need to travel 500 meteres away to find the village hotel, which is a very pleasant hotel with many more features than the quality hotel. so i would recommend this to a person on a budget.
