Advantages: Classic chocolate bar Disadvantages: They changed the nougat filling
This is perhaps the most classic chocolate bar from my childhood. It has long been my favourite as a kid and I sort of have to say it still is so as not to feel as if I have disowned it (sorry Mars Bar but I have found other favourites - I still love you though!).
'A Mars a day helps you work rest and play' - this was the little catchphrase that was associated with Mars Bar. Funny really; it's like saying a chocolate bar a day is good for you. The slogan has now changed to 'Pleasure you can't measure' which definitely seems more appropriate.
A standard Mars bar comes at 58g, about 11cm long and 1.8cm high. You'll pay about 32p for this bar in supermarkets which is well below the norm of 50p. They used to be more expensive but in recent years, the classic nougat and caramel filling has obviously lost its appeal as new and more ...

First of all, what is 'dual disc'?
Well its a double-sided disc with a CD on one side and a DVD on the other. Neat. Except some players cannot play it. Its slightly thicker than either a standard DVD or CD so if you have slot-in loading system rather than the more traditional slide-out tray you could be out of luck trying to play a dual disc. Be careful.
OK. Gillan's Inn.
Well, I saw Gillan at a very small venue (Healey's in Toronto) while he was recording this album. We were about 6 feet from the stage and he was nothing short of exceptional. His voice range and power undiminshed by the ravages of time so I had high hopes for this album.
The album is basically a collection of Ian's favourite songs from down the years re-recorded with some of his mates. (I'm not going to put a track list/personel list up - its on Amazon etc ...
Advantages: got 8 free Disadvantages: not quite there
I bought a pack of these as it was 100% extra - 16 bars for the price of 8 and the fact that I thought they would be a treat for my daughter in her lunch box. She sometimes moans that she has too much fruit!
I can't remember how much I paid for them, I could guess but I won't bother as I could be way out.
I was feeling a little bit peckish one afternoon so I though I would try one, they are all individually wrapped when you open the main packet

To me it means moist crumbly biscuit with lots of chocolate chips in.
