Advantages: Crisp, refreshing and big on flavour Disadvantages: Can't think of any
This op may seem a bit short and/or rushed but it's not my fault. The blame lies with a certain Aberdonion (and we all know what they're like) who has declared his intention to write ops on 3 beers that I - or that boozy libran...sorry, librarian, tange - have not yet written about. The trouble is, he has sneakily omitted to declare which beers he is referring to so I thought I get in quick with this one and beat him to it.

One can see the South Street Seaport from the bridge and see it in a way that one doesn't see it if one is on land.
One can see the Watchtower buildings and their awesome God messages "READ THE BIBLE" , and one can see all the graffiti in the city at the tops of large buildings --again all in view as one passes through the city on that great ...
Advantages: An interesting American import. Not as sweet as many. Disadvantages: Perhaps a touch bitter for regular quaffing
FACTOID: If it were not part of New York, Brooklyn would be the fourth largest city in the United States.
The tourist?s notion of New York in fact is Manhattan Island (indeed my trusty guide book ? the DK Eyewitness Guide to New York devotes 220 pages to Manhattan and a mere 22 pages to the other boroughs: the Bronx, Queens and Brooklyn). It was one of the first residential suburbs of New York, approached by the famous Brooklyn Bridge, including the historic Brooklyn Heights.
Historically I have also tended towards the old colonies rather than Europe or even the homeland for my supplies of beer, ale and lager. I always try at least one new brew when I find myself on the other side of the pond. I have been gratified to discover that one supermarket chain at least has led the facilitation of a wide diversity of brewed invaders ...
