Advantages: central location, cheap(ish), large room Disadvantages: hanging space limited, rooms on a walkway
Mack was on the lookout for a holiday in September, and just by pure luck she saw an ad in one of the Sunday papers for half price holidays with Virgin. With frantic text and phone calls to her travel buddy, within the hour a 10 day trip to Orlando was booked.
QualityInn International sits almost plum in the middle of International Drive, just past the crossroads at Sand Lake Road. If you've seen the world's largest McDonalds (and how could you miss it?) then you've seen the QualityInn, which is right next to it.
* Checking in *
After an eight hour flight, the last thing I needed was a lengthy check in but I only had to give my name at Registration and the lady had everything ready for us, including two key cards. She also gave my friend and I some little 'extras' including a voucher for a free drink at the bar, two free ...
Advantages: Good family friendly pub with a great atmosphere and great food. Disadvantages: None
places.
The waitress was lovely and was efficient and helpful. Once seated she brought additional drinks to our table when we required them and did this in an un-intrusive manner (we tipped her?she was worth it).
The food was of a high quality (I had the sirloin steak with Diane sauce ) and presented well.
On the bar front the Griffin Inn serves a good range of lagers/beers and real ales together with the normal soft drinks, spirits etc.
It?s a family friendly pub (because its an eatery in the main I guess) so you won?t have trouble popping in with the children.
My Opinion
Lovely little pub/inn, great atmosphere, lovely food, friendly staff ? thumbs up from me.

I booked the Jury's Inn (Glasgow) for myself and two friends as we were spending a weekend there for my birthday. I have booked it two years on the run now and will probably book it again next year.
It cost us £90 a night, which worked out at £180 for the Friday and Saturday night for three of us.
The booking was very easy to make and the website is extremely user friendly.
*****Location******
The drive upto Jury's Inn was very easy, as from Liverpool and its pretty much one motorway, but the hotel was also very easy to find and is right next to the bridge over the river on Jamaica Street.
The hotel is very close to the centre of Glasgow and we walked in each night, which takes around 5-10 minutes max. There are a variety of restaurants, pubs and fast food places to eat and drink around
every corner. You would not find ...
