Rhodes (Greece)

Does anyone know of wheelchair friendly hotels in Rhodes? (Rhodes Town in particular, but anywhere would do)

I am researching this for a friend who is wheelchair-bound and would like to holiday in Rhodes. I can give him some advice on travel around the island, restaurants and attractions but not hotels, as we always stay with family. Emailing various hotels has produced mixed results. I would really like to hear some first hand experiences!
