Advantages: Healthier option to real mince. Disadvantages: None
When it comes to food reviews, I find it hard to think of what to say. How can you enthuse over taste and texture so much to fill out a five hundred word review? How can one heap praise over smell and simplicity so much that the late and great Keith Floyd would be impressed? Yet I have wanted to talk about Quorn for a while and I simply must let it out. It is like a volcano wanting to erupt and blast its lava upon the Earth. Well, here?s my Volcano folks, here?s my Etna, my Vesuvius?
First of all, I am not a vegetarian. I tried it for a while, but I have this weakness for bacon, chicken, for Big Macs (only occasional ones) and for sausages (yes, I know what goes in them, but I choose to ignore this, I buy quality ones anyway). Advantages: Friendly staff, clean Disadvantages: Pricey, can have a few problems

The hotel could do with a bit of a lift inside, the rooms wasn't as big as expected from the outside but was well furnished with all your little pieces ( trouser press, tea/coffee etc)
The restaurant was nice with all your traditional food, the waiters and waitresses all know what they are doing and don't mess around, there was one complaint on the next table about a steak wasn't cooked right and the waiter offered to change it straight away, The waiter then came back out and said the steak was all from the same bit lot and it will ...
Advantages: Great accomodation, great food, friendly and helpful staff Disadvantages: Closed from November to March
entering the hotel we were greeted by Duncan, the hotel chef and co manager, who I am very pleased to say is of Scottish origins. What a delight to go to a Scottish hotel and be greeted by an actual Scotsman, I would expect to go to other countries and be greeted by locals at any accommodation I choose to stay at. After several minutes of conversation with Duncan we were shown to our room and told to make ourselves comfortable.
