RSVP, Liverpool

I have no idea why they named this place so. Located in the prestigious locale of Concert Square this place could be so much better but as it is it's location dictates the bar. Concert Square is THE best place to sit outside and get a beer, surrounded by five bars (yes I know a square only has four sides, but one of the lengths has two bars on it!) and with a large seating area. Unfortunately this means that surrounding bars don't mind charging shed loads for alcohol and RSVP is no exception. Don't get me wrong, the bar is classy but there is something lacking in the atmosphere. My favourite moment here was managing to get tickets to the launch over two years ago where the tils went down and we all got free beer for a few hours, class! It looks nice, there's nothing inherently wrong with the place but it's just missing some kind of... of I don't know what.
