I stayed at this hotel for one day with my friend as we were unable to find any other place to stay at. The hotel has a nice entrance with marble floors. But all our nice thoughts about the hotel vanished once we got to our room. The place looked totally rundown from inside. Our room had a foul smell and it was not very clean. Same story with our bathroom! We requested the hotel manager move us to another room; the manager obliged after a lot of fuss. The hotel has a nice restaurant and a nice beach with shark nets. Apart from these two things, I have nothing good to say about the property. We planned our day in such a way that we only needed to come to the hotel for a shower and our night's sleep. The staff of this hotel needs a lot of training in customer service. I found them to be quite inefficient and lazy. When we checked out of the hotel, we were shocked to see the hidden charges. The hotel handed us the bill without giving us any prior information about them. This was very unprofessional behavior and I don't think I'll every return to this hotel if it doesn't mend its ways. I'd suggest you avoid this property till they get their act together.
